the technique is a ability to perform a physical task where the skill is an ability to perform a task in a game setting. the skills include hand eye coordination, balance, strength, speed, endurance, agility, decision making, and tactical awareness. there is developed through practice, training and experience and depending on the specific sport or activity.

the big problem with having technique is that your competitor will most likely have poor technique skills or even way better than yours that why you always get good skills to be able to win the game and be safe.

like if you only knew how to get the ball of someone and not knowing how to pass to your team or even run while dodging player from the other side you wont make it fr enough to even be able to score while the other team can take the ball off you and actually win because they will have improved on that kind of skills and will not matter how hard you try they will beat you

over-training can occur in athletes who ignore that the are over doing the activity too much and still continues on what they are doing and not having time to take a break and rest so they don't injure them self in the mean time and most of the time they will believe if they have to time time off to relax they see them self as weak or just bad at the performance but they push them self till the body just breaks down on it own due to lack of resting

Nearly 10% of athletes competing at professional levels reported symptoms of burnout in a large questionnaire study. 87.5% of Olympic athletes face a high threat of burnout according to a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.

football

football out the all sports you can get injured but it seems to the worse them all in my opinion because in football you can get the simple cut, graze, bruise, or even a grass burn from sliding on the floor to tackling the player but you also could sprain or pull a muscle during the game time while there can much worse like broken bones or bad head trauma and all this can occur during games but even the shoes are a risk to them due to the stud being at the bottom of the shoe and you getting tripped up can cause a lot to the person that tripped you like you could hit them in the face that can cause a lot of damage but also the pitch can be a safety hazard due to it might have bottles or glass or even food on the pitch from fans
