They had severe animosity and different perspectives on some of their clashes including the 9/11 terrorism incident, the 2003 Iraq war, and the 1992 Persian Gulf War. As to interpret some of the information, the health expenditure skyrocketed in Iraq from 2000 to 2010 due to the severe environmental conditions, making individuals more prone to illnesses.
