         <description><![CDATA[<div>Become in a Facilitator instead only a teacher is a condition of a new experience of the actual learning.  <br>As teachers normally we tell students what to do, to say, to make, etc, but as facilitator we would have more empathy with learners and they can involve more than if only follow instructions from teacher, therefore their learning will be enhancing and they'll feel confortable with the acqusition of knowledge.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As teachers we always are focusing in what we do for students learns and increase their knowledge and skills but sometimes don't realize in if students are doing things to improve for themselves.  When we understand that situation and make an effort to involve students into the importance of their own learning, we become in Facilitators of learning instead teachers. <br><br>A facilitator gives part of the control of the class to students to develop by themselves their own learning path, obviously must have a person with the total control and is the teacher but this time the teacher will be a roving consultant or a resource person which students will go when they have doubts or want to have a different perspective of a subject. <br><br>It is important to know that a Facilitator shouldn't lose the control of the class but also must allow that students form their own systems of learning.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>13.1 What are the barriers to succeeding as a facilitators?<br><br></strong>I think the adoption of a new system of learning because as facilitators we need to perform different skills and functions both us and students and it is needed to have more control although we are thought it is not necessary.<br><br><strong>13.2 Given that there are times you need to be a teacher and other times a facilitator, what would you need to do to mentally prepare yourself for each role?</strong><br><br>We always should have in mind that students need a person who direct them to improve their knowledge and learning therefore we must face the two roles thinking in that the education of the present is focusing in the student as a subject not an object of learning from there our preparation in both roles must be the best. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
