In your final assessment for this course, you will write a short essay of 1000 words on the topic of obesity in pairs.

But first, before you begin writing you will need to conduct some secondary research to find out more about the topic and evidence for your assignment.

With your partner, you must find a minimum of four sources for the assignment.

Log onto the online library to begin your search: https://www.ed.ac.uk/information-services/library-museum-gallery
You may decide to use other methods in addition to the library.

As you search, you should take notes of the keywords you used to find sources and the additional sites you used.

Also think about:
1. How effective were the keywords and sites you used?
2. How relevant were the sources you found?
3. How reliable were the (additional) sites you used?
4. How did you reach a decision regarding which sources to continue reading and use in your essay?

There are two parts to this task:
A. In a Word file, you must write a reference list for your sources using Harvard referencing.
Read this guide for further information:
https://www.ed.ac.uk/institute-academic-development/undergraduate/good-practice/referencing

B. In a Padlet post, you need to write about the process, your reflections on the process and share any relevant advice onto this Padlet.

Read two other Padlet posts and comment on your peers' research process and reference list.
