a. Shortage of skilled workers:

The construction industry is booming with many opportunities. There is a rising demand for construction of commercial real estate, public houses, residential houses and projects for public works and institutional buildings. But, the skilled workforce has decreased due to recession of 2008-09, growing preference of white collar jobs and four-year degree programs over vocational courses, aging and retirement of existing work force (Sivil Group Client, 2021)

Profit margins in the UK construction industry is at an all-time low. Even the twenty-five largest construction companies in the UK are operating at margins as low as one point two percent. c. Difficulty in adopting new technologies especially Information Technology:

Sivil Holdings Limited is a small company that was set up to streamline various large projects consisting of taking over car dealerships, large commercial units, and housing developments (Sivil Group, 2021). In this process, they need to try to modify themselves to try to overcome problems in their regular process of building up the projects. They have developed certain solutions to overcome the issues in the end. One of the solutions to the problems will require constant analysis of financial data. It will also require budgetary controls and forecasting methods to confirm that they do not over-extend their financial parameters (Yeşim et al., 2017). To build up a project in a financially sound environment, more caution should be taken of the development part of the project. The company should know how to build the project and the parameters, by which the project can be developed. The company should be able to portray the retirement benefits, which a person would be obtaining on investment in the current and various multi-owner properties. This will provide them a greater competitive edge in the market and will be able to provide them with higher benefits in terms of profits and customer retention capability and higher growth. The company should also take into consideration the various offers received in the form of new clients who is in need, and which require the development of a project. The J. W. Sivil Holding have a couple of unnfair advantages which cannot be easily copied or bought.
1. It doesn't need to struggle for funding or loan to launch it. As it was mentioned, this company is part of family business Group which exist over 50 years. They have a promising profit, annual revenue is "less than 10 employees with under £2 million turnover". (Endole, 2021).
2. A dream team members- Five Directors, all family members. A Good indoor management model is proven with its success in decades and through its annual revenue.
3. Existing customers- they created community of loyal customers taken from other Sivil Group companies. Being part of Sivil Group, The J.W. Sivil Holding have access to its loyal customers and to more leads through common web site. Even if is new launched business (24 oct. 2017), was much easier to gain the trust of new customers through same name with history since 1933.
4. Satisfactory level SEO of 67% score (SEOBILITY, 2021).
Sivil Holdings company have roots from an old business which survive decades of changes. Sivil Group by extended its number of different companies that are active for years and years and keep to grow, have to build a strong trust with co-workers, clients and prospective clients much easier than a new small business may do.

Over the years the family business it been growing and reaching more and biggest customers. “The Sivil Group has worked with many types of businesses, from small businesses to large cooperate enterprises” (Sivil Group, -). This will explain that the main customers which they have, are reached thanks to other services which they provided through Sivil Group.
In the case of small business, J.W. Sivil Holdings may not reach eponym status, but they are working on that. Customers prefer a Sivil Holdings service specifically over others, even if there are cheaper options, because is it known, liked for qualitative work through other services in Sivil Group where customer trust and business reputation was reached since 1933. The J. W. Sivil Holding is making aware its service to potential leads through online platforms and its well-designed website. Focus is to acquire customers through their Portfolio of previous works which is shared on its website and on some online platforms.
Channels in a Business Model changed over time. Today the main used channels are online platforms. For J.W. Sivil Holding, Trust is reached through their ads on Twiter, Linkedin and its websites where is shared its contractors and work which they have done with big name brands.
