         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes war is necessary, war helps humans learn about their consequences. More and more vulnerabilities appear as time goes on, and it is inevitable that there will be conflict.&nbsp;<br>For example, the atomic bomb. If it wasn't used on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, it could have possible lead to WW3 in the 1960s, which would have been a nuclear war. The conflict between NATO and the Soviet Union would have definitely been a full scale war, if they did not see the consequences of mass destruction of the atomic bomb &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
