• Complete end-to-end management of the ASOS Insiders including but not limited to: Talent briefing, talent negotiation, contracting, and ensuring all content is created to brief.
• Relationship management working with the ASOS insiders, internal stakeholders and external brands to always ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience.
• Continue to refresh the programme as and when we have leavers/ ability to extend the programme
• Be an advocate for and PR the ASOS Insider programme internally and with 3rd party brands
• Support with the roll-out of ASOSs newly reimagined global talent strategy.
• Support the team with any general admin tasks in relation to any talent partnerships i.e.. Contracting, sending product, sourcing/ pipeling talent, creating talent briefs etc.
• Entry level relationship management with contacts outside of the ASOS Insider programme working with a broad remit of industry contacts, ranging across, but not limited to talent and model agents, influencers and talent, VIPs, and internal stakeholders to always ensure our content approach is in line with our target audience.
• Support managing ASOS press showroom appointments with the teams talent pool to aid product seeding as part of campaign amplification from organic to paid content creation support.
• Ensure all talent partnerships are compliant with any legal guidelines we have advised.
• Be a constant champion for talent in the business, with one eye on what our competitors are doing.
