         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you go to  see a doctor, he make an appointment with your dentist. If you have any persistent signs and symptoms that bother you more than two weeks will make a diagnosis.</div><div>Some symptoms are:</div><div>-Swellings or bumps on the lips or other areas inside the mouth.</div><div>-Patches white or red (in the mouth).</div><div>-Unexplained haemorrhages (in the mouth).</div><div>-Feel like if you have something that blocks the back of the throat.</div><div>-Difficulty chewing, swallowing, speaking or moving the jaw or tongue.</div><div>-Have hoarseness or changes in the voice.</div><div>-Have ear pain.</div><div>-Changes in the positions of the teeth.</div><div>-Loss of much weight.</div><div>-Have pain in the face, mouth or neck without heal in 2 weeks.</div><div>-Unexplained exhaustion. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The dentist will make a routine dental exam, but it will also make an oral cancer screening exam. Depending on the symptoms the dentist or doctor will need a biopsy. Sometimes to confirm the biopsy the doctor makes another biopsy.<br><br></div><div><strong>Biopsy: </strong>A biopsy is a medical test usually made by a surgeon, interventional radiologist, or an interventional cardiologist, and is the extraction of sample cells or tissues for examination to determine the presence or extent of a disease. The tissue is examined under a microscope by a pathologist, and can also be analyzed chemically.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Like in other cancers a surgery is done before a radiation therapy and a chemotherapy (consumption of medicines ) to remove the cancer cells that are left.</div><div><br></div><div>The surgery include a surgery to remove the tumor , in this treatment the surgery cuts the tumor and the tissue that surrounds it. Also, if the cancer arrives to the neck, it is usually done another surgery, this consist in a neck dissection that removes the cancer cells. Then, is done a surgery to reconstruct the mouth, for a properly talking and eating. Normally, the surgeon transplant grafts of the skin, bones or muscles from other parts of the body to reconstruct the mouth.</div><div><br></div><div>In the radiation therapy are use X-rays to kill the cancer cells. Just in case, before the radiation therapy you may be sure that your teeth are healthy, because any teeth not health will need a treatment or removal.</div><div><br></div><div>Finally, the chemotherapy only is use sometimes, depending of the stage of the cancer. Chemotherapy may increase the effectiveness of radiation therapy, so the two are often combined. But this therapy has some disadvantages, like; nauseas, vomiting and hair loss.</div>]]></description>
