Mary - was married to Joseph. It was an arranged marriage. They looked after each other. Joseph was the leader. 

Ruth -  Ruth went to glean in the fields where she meet Boaz. Boaz indicated his desire to marry her and that she "was a woman of noble character"



2) Education
Mary - It is not known if Mary received an education or not.

Ruth - Ruth did not receive an education but did desire to lear about health and wellbeing so that she could help people.



3) Job in a household
Mary - Would not work but stay home and clean and look  after the house

Ruth - After losing her first husband, Ruth went and lived with her mother-in-law and would go out to the fields everyday and pick the grains.



4) Leadership 
Mary - Mary displayed leadership by being a beautiful mother to her son Jesus.

Ruth - Displayed leadership by doing things that she didn't want to do  and just done it anyway showing everyone what they should do.



5) The birth of their kids
Mary - An angel came to Mary and said that she was going to be the mother of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
Mary and Joseph had to go to Bethleham while Mary was pregnant with Jesus.

Today I woke up at 6AM and started picking the grain. It was so dreadfully hot by the time the sun had come out and I didn't finish until 4PM. My fingers still hurt right this second.
Once I did that I started to cook a meal for my family. Once everyone had  finished I had to clean up.
It is now 10PM and I am writing this.
