With this, I am in charge of writing the timetable each term, providing a range of extracurricular opportunities for students to both participate in sport at a development and competitive level. 
Personally, I am fully involved in all aspects of ECA life; I am a committed member of the team who thoroughly enjoys providing such opportunities for students. In partnership with The Physical Training (a specialist training group in the UAE), we deliver sessions for Physical Literacy, Knowledge and Mindset to a select group of students who make up the top 5% of our student-athletes. This involves selecting players with elite potential to form a squad, who compete in various competitions within DASSA and within the local netball community - including BSAK, Dubai Rugby Youth 7's, the main Dubai Rugby 7's, Dubai Netball League and the Active Netball League. With this programme, I plan and lead advanced sessions, with a focus on individual player fitness (with students accessing custom training programmes) and squad-specific tactics. Since 2020, this has developed into a Junior squad, consisting of students from U12/U14.
