As I made the Gallery Walk, I realised that even though the post-its for the Teaching Processes (TP) were placed on four separate whiteboards, I found my mind making connections from one TP to another TP. For example, to practise differentiated instruction during lesson enactment, you need to know your learners' readiness levels, interests and learning profiles during lesson preparation, and that is only possible with positive teacher-student relationship that enables you to know your learners personally. Together, the four TPs form one complete Pedagogical Practice --  the Singapore Teaching Practice, i.e. the model practice which we aspire to achieve in our classroom is a four-in-one entity.
