         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim: using the powerpoint I have created I will explain the slides on the powerpoint. I will describe what is non-verbal communications is and some of the negatives that can come with it. </p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>Firstly students will be given access to the powerpoint.</p></li><li><p>Using a pre recorded power link I will start by asking students to think to themselves about what they know about non-verbal communication. </p></li><li><p>I will then ask students to think and write down what can be a negative of non-verbal communication. </p></li><li><p>Throughout the lesson students should be taken notes which will help for the quiz at the end  </p><p><br/></p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>Timing: 15 minutes </p><p>Resources: powerpoint </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim: using a YouTube video students will be shown a list of non-verbal communications and also explain the importance/advantages of non-verbal communications.</p><p><br></p><ol><li><p>Through a pre recorded powerpoint I will talk briefly what the YouTube video will be explaining.</p></li><li><p>Students should be thinking of any non-verbal communications they know and use. </p></li><li><p>Students will be sent a YouTube video that explains a 'definition and explanation of non-verbal communication', 'types and advantages of non-verbal communications'. </p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>Timing: 10 minutes </p><p>Resources: Powerpoint, YouTube video </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim: Together students will be put into small groups and come up with ways where they could bring non verbal communication into conversations. </p><p><br></p><ol><li><p>After the slides have been completed I will put the students into small groups. Together in the groups using padlet students will think of ways to incorporate non-verbal communication into their daily conversations.</p></li><li><p>Working in groups will allow students to share different ideas and share their own opinions</p><p><br></p><p>Timing: 15 minutes</p><p>Resources: Padlet </p><p><br></p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <title>Wrap check and knowledge practice </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Aim: to wrap up session  I will ask students to complete a Kahoot quiz. The Kahooot quiz will allow me to check the students knowledge after the lesson.</p><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>A Kahoot will be sent to all students and they must answer the questions on their own.</p></li><li><p>After the Kahoot has been completed students will be given the chance to ask any questions through a google form they are still unsure of or any things they thought went well throughout the lesson. </p></li><li><p>This will allow me to prepare lessons in the future and change any aspects that did not work effectively </p></li></ol><p><br/></p><p>Timing: 15 minutes</p><p>Resources: Kahoot</p>]]></description>
