The owner was Eduardo Talero, a Colombian lawyer and writer. 

The house was founded in 1906. It has a tower of 14 metres and many windows. Talero wanted a quiet place to work during the day and meditate at sunset. In 2015, it was declared a historical monument. 

Fun fact! It is said that a woman's ghost wanders around the place at night! 👻

The memorial 's dedication date is August 18, 2011.

It was made by the Italian company Falcone because it is a homage to general José de San Martin.

The story began in 1937, when the so-called "old bridge" was inaugurated.
