Promote cyber security through organizing online security campaigns in schools or workplaces, that teaches ways on how to protect themselves from cyber security threats, targeted at mobile/computer/online users. 

Government and sellers should advice online users not to buy false items online through warning posters, posting them on billboards and online websites, to warn buyers to be vigilant when online shopping. 

EVALUATE EFFECTIVENESS:
Positive effect:
Reduce number of individuals affected by cyber attacks. 
Negative effect:
Increased costs for websites/government to hold advertisements. 

Long-term VS Short-term
Both strategies are short-termed as it does not eradicate cyber threats entirely, and cyber attacks can still occur in the long run. 

Scale
Effect is small scale as campaigns/advertisements can be disregarded by online users. This also serves as a way to give them a quick energy boost during work hours when they are feeling tired and lethargic . The rest area allows staff to rest when they are feeling tired , and get back to work more efficiently after they have taken a break . The government can educate them on the different kinds of scams. This would include showing advertisements on television and websites to show the common types of scams. This would allow the public to be more cognizant about cyber sercurity and avoid being scammed as they will be able to recognize and identify the common scams and will not be as easily tricked. Hence, education can train people to further understand the scams.

Individuals in Singapore can be encouraged to be more vigilant about cyber security by setting up booths in malls to spread awareness on cybersecurity. This can be done by giving out posters and rewarding them with shopping or dining vouchers if they complete an online quiz on cyber security. This ensures that they will know the importance of cyber security so that they will take effective measures in preventing cyber attacks.

By equipping the young with IT knowledge, they can build up necessary skills in the future to against potential cyber attacks.

A) One of the ways companies can improve their productivity to stay competitive in the globalised world is to make it mandatory to send their workers to upgrade their skills every few years. For example, companies can send some of their workers every 2 years for SkillsFuture training to upgrade their skills and to update themselves on any advancements in the economy. This improves companies productivity as workers will learn new skills that can enable them to work more effectively and helps the company to keep with competitors through increased knowledge that can help elevate the companies economy standing. Hence, one-way companies can improve their productivity to stay in the globalised world is to upgrade their workers skill often.
Another way companies can improve their productivity to stay competitive in the globalised world is to set up their factories in countries with high demand for goods. For example, a company can set up their factory in China that has a huge population that increases demand for goods to be produced. This enables companies to stay competitive as they can sell their goods to more people with decreased cost of shipping and increase their companies revenue. Not only that, with increased revenue, companies can further extend their factory load with the money they've earned to produce more goods to sell to other countries. Hence, another way a company can improve their productivity to stay competitive is to set up factories in more heavily populated countries to earn more money.
