Sociability is a trait that allows leaders to establish pleasant relationships and work environments. Leaders with this trait are friendly, sensitive to other’s needs, kind, thoughtful, tactful and diplomatic. Sociability is the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment through interpersonal connectivity. 

List: 
Others may respond to the trait of sociability by becoming more comfortable in the workplace. They may see the workplace as more enjoyable as they develop strong relationships within the work environment.

Hypothesize: 
The value of the sociability trait creates an enjoyable work environment where employees can feel comfortable. However, the challenge is finding a balance; to continue developing a friendly yet professional relationship without crossing a line into solely friendship.

A leader who has the trait of determination makes a clear path to their goals and is not only focused but attentive to tasks. Characteristics of this trait include initiative, persistence, perseverance and drive. Leaders with this trait are comfortable and proactive. They are not afraid to assert themselves or be dominant in order to get the job done. 

List: 
Some may see this trait as a strength and be motivated by a leader who is strong in determination. While others may become uncomfortable and could interpret the trait as dominant, overbearing or potentially threatening. 

Hypothesize: 
The trait of determination is valuable in getting the job done and overcoming obstacles. It can be a useful tool in motivating others. However if delivered without tact there is the risk of being off putting or coming across as rude.
