By open -mindedness, Active learning, language considerations by each team member, Cultural education etc.

Using the basic project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate asynchronously. This helps in students with various areas like there task assignment, help in collaborate workspace which we are doing together right now.

Students should feel comfortable about sharing their personal struggles especially if it impacts their academic progress. If students are burdened by non-academic obligations, their deadlines should be relaxed and they should instead be given full support to help them through hard times.

Perhaps there is a flaw in the education system if academic misconduct is a concern. Examinations should not be based on the strength of one's memory. Learning should not be centered around how well people perform in exams but how they apply their knowledge instead. It is usually harder to cheat in exams where knowledge has to be applied.
