My name is Kelvin, I’m a 21-year-old male, and I’m currently on the hunt for a roommate to team up with in finding a great place to share.


    Here’s a little about me: I’m easygoing, respectful of personal space, and keep a clean and organized living area. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton, basketball, gaming, exploring local attractions, and so much more!

    Here’s what I’m looking for:


    1. Location: Ideally within walking distance to the academy and near local stalls or shops for added convenience.

    2. Budget: Hoping to find a place where each person’s share is below Rp 2.000.000/month.

    3. Room Setup: Separate bedrooms are a must with indoor bathrooms for privacy and comfort, and a clean, comfortable shared space would be great.

    4. Move-In Date: Right after the prelude ends.

    5. Duration: Initially for the first month or two of the academy, until we each find our own separate housing. However, this can be discussed later based on mutual agreement.

    6. Lifestyle: I value respect for personal space and boundaries and am looking for someone who shares a similar mindset—someone who is clean, considerate, and communicates well.
