  1. What did you learn from this self-study? Life as an older person makes you have past regrets of not appreciating all of the time that I had with my parents, grandparents, and other family members. I just assumed that they would be around forever, until I reached the fifty mark and now I see how precious time and loved are. At a young age, I was more focused on myself having fun and avoiding responsibility until I had my three children.
