2 - What went well? - Spoke clearly and confidently to the officers interviewing me
3 - What would you like to improve on reflection? - Don't pause as much or hesitate.

Evidence 1

Explain the activity- We had to carry out a search of an area for our CSI work
What went well? - We searched the area and found the items that we were expected to find in some tires.
What would you change? - carry it out with more coordination, more clear instructions and a lot more communication.

Evidence 2-Team quilt
Explain the activity- As a group we had to write our name on a piece of paper and a interesting fact about ourselves on the back. We had to work as a group to attach all pieces of paper together with string.
What went well? - We managed to attach some together and begin to create the quilt.
What would you change? - Ideally we needed to make someone in charge as some times people disagreed with each other and is wasted time.

1. Explain the activity - We were given a list of items to find and as a team we had to go out and find each item in a specific time frame.
2. What went well - We found every item, and were told we had put the most effort in compared to the rest of the group.
3. What could be improved - Completing the task in a shorter amount of time.

I stay motivated to go to cadets every week as I know it will help me towards becoming a police officer further down the line as i have more understanding on police work as well as first hand information from actual police officers

I am also motivated to hand my assignments in complete and on time as passing this course with a high grade will also help me get into the police easier.

I reuse plastic bags rather than throwing them out after use, I also often use bags that are made to be reused when walking to the shop to help reduce waste and pollution.

I also get the bus to college rather than driving which helps decrease the amount of pollution released into the air.

I always reuse plastic water bottles for up to a week which helps saves money and reduces waste.
