Most, if not ALL lines on an exponential graph, look like a curved ‘L’ shape. Another piece of information I would use is the fact that the y-intercept of an exponential function will always be 1.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would justify a pattern is geometric by seeing if there is a constant value when the numbers are each divided by the previous one. For example, let’s say we have a pattern of 2,4,8. To see if this is a pattern, we have to divide each number by the number before it. 8/4, = 2.  4/2, = 2. Since each divided always ends up with a value of 2, constantly, then that justifies this pattern as a geometric pattern.</div>]]></description>
