Chuyên trang ô tô nổi tiếng Car and Driver đã thử nghiệm thực tế phạm vi hoạt động của một số mẫu xe được bán ở Mỹ. Tất cả được thử nghiệm trên cao tốc, tốc độ 120km/h.

Xe điện hiệu quả nhất về tầm hoạt động

Kết quả cho thấy chỉ có 6/24 xe được thử nghiệm đi được quãng đường tương đương, hoặc hơn những gì nhà sản xuất công bố theo tiêu chuẩn EPA (chuẩn Mỹ). Trong đó có VinFast VF 8 Plus.

Mẫu xe điện Việt Nam cũng có kết quả tốt nhất trong dàn xe được thử nghiệm.

Theo thông số nhà sản xuất, VinFast VF 8 Plus đi được tối đa 307km khi sạc đầy.

Kết quả thử nghiệm của Car And Driver ghi nhận con số thực tế lên tới 338km. Phần chênh lệch tương đương 10% hiệu suất.

Ngoài VinFast VF 8 Plus, có 5 mẫu xe khác cũng có phạm vi hoạt động thực tế hơn ước tính EPA, nhưng ở mức hiệu suất thấp hơn, 1-3%. Đó là Mercedes-AMG EQE, EQS 450, EQS 580, EQE 350 và BMW i7 xDrive60. Tất cả đều là xe Đức.

Xe điện có quãng đường dài nhất

Lucid Air Pure AWD dẫn động bốn bánh là chiếc xe có phạm vi hoạt động xa nhất trong thực tế, 499km. Tuy nhiên, con số này thấp hơn tới 119km so với ước tính của EPA. Một mẫu khác cũng có tầm hoạt động tương tự là BMW i7 xDrive60.

Thấp hơn một chút là Hyundai Ioniq 6 Long Range SE và Lucid Air Pure RWD. Cả hai đều đi được 483km trong thực tế.

Xe điện có quãng đường ngắn nhất

Không ngạc nhiên khi xe van Winnebago sẽ có quãng đường di chuyển thấp nhất trong những mẫu xe điện Car and Driver từng trải nghiệm trong năm 2023. Đây là mẫu mới, còn nặng tính chất thử nghiệm. Dù chưa đi được xa (113km), nhưng kết quả vẫn đáng khích lệ.

Gây thất vọng hơn là Lexus RZ - xe sản xuất chạy điện có tầm hoạt động thực tế thấp nhất. Lần đầu, phóng viên của Car and Driver đi được 193km. Lần hai họ đi được 225km. Cả hai lần đều thấp hơn mức ước tính của EPA là 315km.

VinFast VF 8 là một trong số ít những mẫu xe điện có hiệu suất di chuyển tốt nhất. Phạm vi hoạt động thực tế còn vượt con số của nhà sản xuất.
