The war officially ended when Germany agreed to lay down its weapons on November 11, 1918. In 1919, the victorious Allies, led by Britain, France, and the United States, met in Paris to decide the fate of the empires they had defeated. Their decisions transformed Europe's borders. The Austro-Hungarian empire was carved up into six new countries.

what is militarism? militarism is when the country and the people believe that they should always be ready for war. how it was present at each war was by counties competing to have the best. what the meaning of alliance is if two countries agree to never go to war with each other and they will come to the others aid if they ever go to war thats a good thing but if you have a quarrel with another country and you go to war then your allies join you then the others countries get allies thats the downside. imperialism is when a country extend its policy freely or by force this happened in japan and in Germany. what nationalism is when you love your country how this was used in the wars in one they said if they didnt fight they were going against there country in the other they said its there duty to.
