         <title>Life Changing Decision</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is one major life and health decision that I need to make. The decision that I have to make is eating healthier. I have never eaten very healthy in the past but I have to change that. For now on I will eat more fruit snacks instead of chips and cookies. I have already started to change my ways, I had my mom buy more fruit. Every night&nbsp; I have a bowl of fruit including strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and raspberries. It tastes really good. I have also made different meals that are healthy during the weekend. I made coleslaw, chicken salad, a bowl of fruit, and fresh oatmeal with fruit in it. It was a fun and easy way to get healthy food.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If I eat healthier now then I will learn a healthy habit for the future. Healthy habits can lead to a long life of healthy decisions. If I eat healthy and exercise there will be a reduced percentage that I will be obese when I am older. I can also teach my healthy habits to my kids, which will help them lead a healthy life. Eating healthy will not only help my health but it can also help the health of the people around me. Cooking healthy for my family will also help them eat healthy too.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many ways that this plan I made could go wrong. If I get too many people on this journey that I am taking, then they could possibly have too many ideas for what we should eat for dinner. Many people have different options on what they want to eat for meals. If I make something, not everyone might eat it, and it would waste food and money. Even if I eat healthy not everyone will join with me, they can still eat junk food. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If not everyone will eat the healthy meal, I can make single servings. I can also expand my horizon and eat fruits and vegetables. I looked to my 4-H book for help on trying to get healthier. This project motivated me to start making more healthy choices in my life, and guidance on how to achieve this goal of mine. One of the most interesting things I learned in this book was that if you switch from a 12 inch plate to a 10 inch plate an average person will loose 18.5 pounds a year.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
