Her leadership style is a quiet leader, although, she's pretty loud when she's angry. Her culture has impacted her leadership style because growing up in a poor town she learned to value things and she also learned how to work together as a group in order to accomplish things. I asked her 8 questions, one of being "what words best describe you?". Yes. In my community, I try to help out my neighbors, In my house, I am a leader to my children and I always strive to make sure they follow the right path, and at my job I am a manager so I have plenty of leader responsibilities there too.

3. I am from Puebla, México.
4. Its not really a person but I mostly admire God. I believe that having faith is a great factor to have when being a leader. I strive to be better than my yesterday self. 
5. I did not finish school due to the fact that my parents did not have enough money to help me finish. It did impact my life because I could've become something better as a leader. 
6. I had plenty of obstacles and many breakdowns to the point I could not continue.
7. I looked at my children and at my character and I told myself to keep going because I don't give up 
8. I would tell my past self to not give up and take opportunities in life no matter what. I would also tell myself to not fear the outcome of some situations because we learn from mistakes.
