Materials: • Access to the internet or prior knowledge of environmental issues in Saudi Arabia • Art supplies for posters (if making physical posters) • Computers/tablets for creating digital posters or PowerPoint presentations Introduction (5 minutes): • Discuss major environmental problems in Saudi Arabia (e.g., desertification, water scarcity, pollution). • Provide examples of innovations that have solved or helped reduce environmental problems (e.g., solar panels for energy, water desalination technology). Research (5-7 minutes): • Students will choose one environmental problem in Saudi Arabia. • They will research the causes, effects, and current solutions (if any) being implemented to address the issue. Innovation Design (10 minutes): • Based on their research, students will create an innovative idea or technology to help solve the environmental problem they selected. • They will design a poster (physical or digital) or a PowerPoint presentation to explain their solution.
