1. To be able to improve my communication and presentation skills
- Through being active in every events/ workshops conducted by AIESEC.

2. To be able to empower the students and makes them belief that learning can happen anytime and anywhere.
- Read through the necessary details before the event itself.

3. To be more confident in my teaching and facilitating skills. Being able to confidently voice out my opinions and suggestions.
- Being active and keen to learn and perform my best.

4. To be cooperative and no social loafing, okay? :)
- I will be more friendly and ask other LVV if they need help.

1. What do you want to achieve at the end of the volunteering project?
I want to be able to run educational workshops smoothly that can help boost students' knowledge and confidence, hopefully discover more about myself and of course, make new friends!
- I will be proactive and enthusiastic in the things that AIESEC has planned out for us LVV and strive to uphold the values of the project in order to achieve my goals.

2. What impact do you want to make in this project?
I want to help children to be confident in speaking and using the English language through this project.
- Through the workshops that I will conduct with others? HAHA

3. What do you wish to improve on yourself?
I want to be able to be more confident in myself and my skills and be more aware of my strengths and weaknesses.
- Self-reflect with my VVM during LEAD spaces after working on aspects of the project with other LVV (?) HHA

4. What do you expect to other LVV?
I hope everyone will be proactive and understanding of each other throughout the process!
- I will aim to practice clear and transparent communication with everyone in the team!

I expect to be better in managing my time and communication skills. -Replenish energy level all day everyday! As well as presentation skills!-Be more confident and go through my script before presenting Amen.
