All tests will be project based and will require students to use their brains to think strategically and thoughtfully. The tests will be created by a board of teachers nominated by the state counties (two per county) to create a consistent set of standards. Having the correct answer will be less important to the final score, and the process will be more important. (Points will still be deducted based on wrong answers, but not as many). Each school would have to adapt their teaching to be more project oriented. It is hard to determine how well a student is understanding their learnings when each state has different guidelines.
