Through this, the government can show care and concern to improve the welfare of the foreign workers, making them feel more motivated to work towards the good of the society.

The Singapore Government can also give subsidisation to the foreign workers. For example, when foreign workers go to the doctors when they are ill or they got injured during work. They can get subsidise from the government and they will also be able to get medical certificates. Thus, they will not fret over their expenses of spending too much and also, their salary. This is because, even if they are absent from work due to valid reasons, they will still be able to get paid. Hence, they will not feel like they are being mistreated by the government as they will feel that they are getting tye same treatment ad the local workers. The high standard and cost of living in Singapore can be challenging towards these foreign workers because they still have to support their families at home. Thus, this improves the wellbeing of low skilled foreign workers as they can go for medical checkups regularly as well as have their lives insured. 

Next, the government should support and provide funding for more NGOs and VWOs that are helping the low skilled workers in their daily lives in Singapore. These organizations are important to the workers as they serve as a refuge as well as being able to provide assistance to the workers. Aside from their rights, these workers also need help in social and emotional issues. These organizations help them as there are volunteers or professionals that are able to provide assistance. For example, the migrant workers association was set up in 2009 to help migrant workers further integrate in Singapore.
