It also aims to enhance significant technological skills.</p><p><strong>PHASE I: Needs Analysis and Diagnosis</strong></p><p><strong>Description of the Educational and Technological Context</strong></p><p>The educational innovation project arises from the teachers' need to integrate and improve the use of various technological tools at Dr. Harmodio Arias School, located in the Chame district of Chame City.</p><p>At Dr. Harmodio Arias School, it has been observed that multimedia technologies (audio and video) lack a specialized space within the facilities. Teachers are forced to move these devices from one classroom to another, increasing the risk of improper handling and deterioration. This situation has led to damage to technological tools due to mishandling by users, as well as a lack of protection against electrical fluctuations and the use of inappropriate cables. Additionally, the equipment is exposed to bumps and scratches that compromise its functionality in the medium and long term.</p><p>It is essential to take measures to ensure the protection and proper use of this equipment, such as creating a specialized storage area and using appropriate electrical protection devices. Only in this way can the lifespan of these technological tools, which are essential for modern education, be maximized.</p><p>All these factors have led to frequent damage to the available equipment, forcing the school to constantly renew them and invest repeatedly in the same devices. This limits the possibility of allocating resources to new technologies, restricting investment and generating recurring expenses that hinder the educational experience of students.</p><p><strong>Target Audience</strong></p><p>This project is aimed at students aged 15 to 18 in various high school programs, such as sciences, humanities, commerce, tourism, and business management. Through this initiative, teachers of different subjects, such as physics, computer science, and others, will have access to this technological tool, enabling them to integrate various technological resources into their curricular content.</p><p><strong>Strategic Institutional Planning</strong></p><p>The school has basic technological tools such as multimedia players and electronic boards, with the latter only available in computer and exact sciences laboratories.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
