Water helps the human body in way more ways than you can think for example water helps you to digest food you have consumed as well as absorbing nutrients, helping us move. if the human body doesnt consume enough water which is known as dehyrdation the human body wont function properly. It is said that the human body needs at least 2L of water a day to function properly. Water is necessary for your sporting porformance because when you drink water it replaces the sweat you lose when you exercise. that reduces the risk of heat stress.<br><br>2. if you dont drink water your sport abality can be affected badly. your mental and physical wellbeing can be affected </div>]]></description>
