I think that Dotsero is here and still active because of the magma that is underground that is still moving around (Convection Current). This activity is what is making this Volcano "Still Active".

I think it is becuase there tectonics plates being pulled apart and there is still some volcanic activity from different volcanoes so they might interfere with each other.
