Blood alcohol concentration: depending on different levels of BAC will determine your current state of mind of thinking and acting is. If it's 0.04, then euphoria will happen and some minor impairment of reasoning and memory, but if you have a 0.20 then you will most likely feel dazed, confused or  disoriented, and may need help to stand or walk.
Overdose: over-dosage can cause a person to pass out and in extreme cases this may cause a person to die.
Interactions with other drugs: both substances can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, high anxiety and paranoia if used together more than the usually if used any one of those items alone.

Alcoholism: Overtime the more you drink it will be harder to get rid of the addiction. If a person has been addicted to drinking for over 30+ years then it will be hard to get over drinking constantly.
