    I think that Adnan is innocent because there wasn't enough evidence to convict him of the murder. The police only found evidence that would look bad for Adnan, not evidence that would help the case. Also, most of the evidence that they have doesn't exactly prove he is guilty, only that he might be suspicious. For example, when the police got the story from Jay, they went straight to Adnan's house to see if there is anything leading him to Hae's murder. They found nothing. They took samples from his shoes and none of them matched samples from Leakin Park, and they also didn't find  any red spot that was found near Hae's body. From my box, "Inconsistencies with the Case" it shows how much information that they failed to look at. The police didn't do their job, and they were just looking to put this case away. This entire case, as well as many others, just show how corrupted and dishonorable our justice system is. Adnan Syed has sacrificed half of his life in prison because the police didn't do the best of their ability to free him.   • LIVIDITY- her body would've been facing down before going to Leakin Park and she couldn't have been pretzeled up like Jay said she was  ~ mark was found on her back caused from something heavy, such as something involving concrete and Mr. S has a job involving concrete
  • Hae's car would not have been sitting in the parking lot as long as the state said it would have because 1) the old women and her neighbor would have noticed it sitting there and called the towing company to get rid of it 2) from the picture, there was still dirt on the wheels, but if it was there for as long as the state said it was, then rain or snow would have washed away the dirt 3) the tracks on the grass show it was parked just recently
  • there wasn't enough testing of the DNA evidence that could have been taken1) fingerprints were never tested  except for Adnan and Jay's 2) never tested the trunk where her body supposedly was 3) there were 12 samples od DNA that was found, but none were Adnan's which means it could have been anybody else 4) the rope found near Hae's body was tested, but it was someone who wasn't in the system 5) the police searched Adnan's house, shoes, and room to see if anything led him to Hae's murder, but they found nothing 
  • DON- His mom states that Don was at work, but he wasn't scheduled to work that day. The manager said that Don wouldn't come into work unless he  had to go. The person working wasn't sick, so there was no reason why Don "supposedly" went to work Wednesday night. Another coworker also said that he  saw Don have scratches all over him, but the police didn't see them because they didn't talk to him until 3 weeks after her death.

  • 3:32 p.m. On the way to Forest Park to buy weed, Adnan calls Nisha
  • 6:15 p.m. Hae's brother calls Adnan looking for Hae
    • From looking at the most important matching cell phone evidence, all the events in his story come from his second interview. Before recording this interview, the police were talking to Jay for at least 2 hours. That leads the question, what were they talking about in that long amount of time?
