Also with a effective email people can work faster with more accuracy instead of sending repeating email to clarify and seek further instructions to get a job complete, thus this lead to inefficiency on work process also too time consuming.  <br><br>2TIPS<br>Writer state their intention clearly and question clearly, attach whatever supportive or invoice needed in the mail in one time, dont separate them into 2 email for one task.<br><br>Writer need to understand email take time to reply if the other party have high volume of traffic, also no email-call enable through email feature.</div>]]></description>

Writer should be aware such as to proofread or to draft the message and to show someone who will check and verify the contents in the email and check if the misinformation is misleading and if the words used in the email should be removed or not and the grammar, vocabulary, punctuation used is appropriate before sending over the email to avoid confusing the receiver. <br><br>3. The writer should also take note that the formatting in terms of what content goes in what paragraph so that it flows logically and that the receiver would be able to understand and avoid cluttering huge chunk of sentences into a single paragraph as it could make it confusing and therefore, to be careful with the way we start off and end off a email making sure that the formatting is correct and that the email should not try to have too many colors or decorations and to stick to black text all times when sending an email for easier reading. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It would be able to help all of us to be respectful and be mindful of the way we address the person be it by their name or adding a Mr/Mrs/Ms/Mdm/Dr in front to make it sound more respectful. <br><br>It would be important as to help us to be more formal and professional in terms of addressing the person to show that they understand what is salutation. <br><br>Salutations or greetings when starting an email, business letter, legal letter, cover letter, or professional letter would help to set the message off in a rightful and respectful manner to show that the person is being courteous in a friendly manner. </div>]]></description>
