         <description><![CDATA[<p>Reflection on the Importance of Self-Care:</p><p><br/></p><p>Self-care is important because I can’t give my best to my students, friends, or relationships if I’m mentally and physically drained. Taking care of myself means I can show up fully in all areas of my life. I will also focus on my health by sticking to my fitness goals. Eating better and working out will help me feel stronger and more confident. Lastly, I’ll make time for things that bring me joy, like music, spending time with people who support me, embracing new connections and focus more on my mental health.</p>]]></description>
