Strengths:
- Improving focus on standards
- More stations and collaborative lessons are coming around - especially within the media center
- Peak strategies in Math are working --> Excited to extend for next year to EOCs
- Master schedule driven by student need not convenience.
- Drill-based digital resources
- Elective ELTs have helped Damien take instructional leadership, bridge gap with CTE

Weaknesses:
- Differentiation (esp. within whole groups, inclusions, stations)
- Not seeing many instructional strategies / SOS / summarizing / processing strategies
- ELTs have lost the why - needs to return to student focus
- Death by packet
- Inclusion classes don't make good use of co-teacher
- Lack of support for ELLs
- Tech use is very drill heavy - little creativity / student products being seen
- Strung out teachers
- Animosity between CTE / Core / Electives - different expectations, budgets, etc.
- Not having walkthroughs
- Lack of clarity from ES on what the role of the API is and how it is different than a coach
- Talking the talk but not walking the walk
- No small groups
