I decided to place the High-street brands such as Topshop and Zara at the front of the store because most people have/can afford those kind of brands that most people have brought from. So by doing this people aren't put of straight away and intimated by the designer brands.
For similar reasons to this denim was placed opposite the highstreet,

I chose to place lingerie further to the back of the store as it gave a sense of privacy when looking round this section of the store. I thought this would work well because sometimes when this section is put by the front of the store it may put people off slightly as everyone in the store when walking in or just people walking past the front of the store would be able to see and this may make customers feel uncomfortable.
The I have also put the transitional brands on the opposite side of the store by the back so that it acts as if it leads from the highstreet brands into the high end designers at the stop of the staircase.

I chose pink as my store is targeted at woman so I wanted to use a feminine colour.
The main two colours which you will see in my branding will be a light baby pink which will contrast with a hot bright pink so that they stand out against each other, (swatch 1 and swatch 2).

When designing my logo I wanted it to represent everything that my store represents so I wanted the logo to be bold yet feminine and of course include the colour scheme.
My logo consists of two B's which interlock with each other, I chose to use two B's and not only did it add depth and make the logo look more interesting it demonstrates the theme of pink on pink as both of them are two different shades of pink, with one being a bold bright pink and the other being a light baby pink. I chose to use two different tones as they contrast against each other making the logo stand out.
I chose to use this typeface as i wanted something bold and strong yet have an element of softness to it. The swing tag has two parts to it, the first part being the front card which displays the logo for my store, then the second part which will hang behind will have the two pink shades displayed on my logo which will have the name of the store “BLUSHED” which will be repeated multiple times at an angle.

So that my card isn’t just flat I wanted to add another element to the card I wanted the logo and repeated words “BLUSHED” to be slightly raised.
