This is a robot made of cardboard inspired by Eduardo Paolozzi in bright colours and with different patterns. Making this was really fun and also kind of tiring since the painting process took the longest than attaching all the parts together. This was a really fun experience because you don't really need to calculate on how to colour this, how to colour that etc., and it's very good knowledge to have so that when making a kind of art work, you will have a lot of options to pick since you will have a lot known art styles.

The hard part of making this was the sculpting and making them equal as to not look awkward. This was based on Peter Randal Page, I think, probably. Though it is unfinished, I’m quite excited for its outcome.

This was the process to make a Frank Stella Inspired work of art. This was simple and so easy to do. You just need a reference to look at and have one part of the body to be focus on to draw. Three of my oil pastel drawing are from a type of birds and the yellow big one is from a car. After that you just need to scan them to print and then cut them, paste them together, draw scribbles or patterns then your gonna paste them in a card board then lastly you cut them. The final touch is just to paste the cut up pieces into different angles to make it look like a 3d wall art work.

This stop motion was inspired by Otman Gutman who made the character 'Pingu' with Erika Brueggemann. While my stop motion is done digitally, I still have a hard time making it since I have never done this before. It really fascinates me on how amazing those animators are since they make a lot of layers and it take them so much time just for 20+ layers of drawing or pictures just for a 2-5 seconds of motions.

This are my story board and my process of making my stop motion. The story board is simple since I don't want to have a difficulty doing something for my stop motion for the first time and since I was thinking of doing slime, I have a few experiments on how to make an animations or stop motion since I can't just go straight to my final piece. Like for example doing a animation of bouncing balls since it is simple and I can just draw circle and how the ball will move and after a few tries, I began to make my final piece which is a slime dancing to the music from Mashle (an anime).

This is one of my final piece of Portrait, Patterns and Perspective. I was inspired by John Kiki to make this final piece when the class went to an exhibition in our local town of 'Heads and Tails' exhibition. It was John Kiki's art style that inspired me to do my art work similar to him though there are a lot of differences between Kiki's art works to mine. For instance, Kiki's art works have a texture on them and you really need to like see it on person to see a difference than on pictures or have a super clear picture and maybe the painting texture will be visible. Kiki mostly either use oil paint or acrylic paint meanwhile in my final piece, I use watercolour paint since I was mostly familiar with watercolour than the other two paints.

This work is inspired by a manga creator Oda Eiichiro. When it was announced on what the subject of our work we are given, the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking of 'Portraits, Patterns and Perspective' was the characters of "One Piece" as a reference. At first I was just thinking of making a work based on Perspective alone but I was conflicted on what to draw just based on perspective alone and so the idea came to my mind when I was thinking of portraits. I was rewatching 'One Piece' a lot so I just used that as a reference to make my final piece. This piece can improve a lot more if I continue on this course and study and draw a lot.
