         <description><![CDATA[<div>3 things to IMPROVE<br>- <strong>Timetabling for Upper Sec</strong> (ending after 2.40pm may be really too late and with after-school activities e.g. 2nd CCA day, students may sleep late and wake up late.)<br>- <strong>More painful consequences</strong><br>- <strong>Clear support from AYH/YH/VP</strong> (see next section point #1)<br><br>2 things to STOP doing<br>- <strong>Inconsistent messaging and lack of support </strong>(e.g. there are FTs / parents who suggest / demand that students who come after 8am are strictly not to be admitted, and we dont neccessarily have AYH/YH/VP to respond. Sometimes, it could also be because there is a CCA competition that day.)<br>- <strong>Unknown delays at which cases get stuck. (</strong>There are students who have absenteeism or latecoming issues due to e.g. family problems, and sometimes getting parents to come down is difficult. This causes the case to just hang there and no clear resolution.)<br><br>1 thing to START doing<br>- <strong>System to track PVRs clearly</strong> (E.g. pen and paper at individual FT level may not be very effective. Are we ALL tracking if students have used up 3 PVRs for the term?)<br><br></div>]]></description>
