Firstly, we are the first and the last generation that can make a change and a decision for planet earth. We are the species that are changing the environment rapidly which affects every living creature and nature. This is why it is our responsibility to care for our only home. In the fashion industry, our actions are affected by the decisions we make in the planning process.

I will have to think out of my comfort zone and start to fill my actions with the values of respecting and working with nature as such and stop destroying it.

Secondly, what happens in the planning process will affect other peoples lives that are dependent on the supply chain. For this reason we should treat them the way we want to be treated ourselves. A company with every department, even internally as well as outsourced should treat all people the same way, namely with respect and dignity. Regardless of their background, ethnicity and sex, everyone should get a fair wage. Inequality still plays a huge role which is why it is everyone's duty to fight and act for the same human rights for everyone.

I will start to see what is happening in the world around me. Therefore I will start with myself and my surrounding to make small impacts with big results. Everyone is able to do that. Because what is a big ocean without the millions of drops? Together, we are stronger to fight for human rights!

Thirdly, living species on earth are not just humans but also animals. They can breathe, they can live and they can feel like us. It is nobody's right to torture them or to harm them for any reason, especially for ourselves. We are a species that is graced with experiences and knowledge from over millions of years. With technology, we can make the world a better place. Because of that, it is our duty to find ways to protect animals and create fibres that will cover the characteristics of fur, for example, if needed.

I will grow my knowledge about the newest technology and educate myself about how I can do things better.
