What did you learn?
Learnt how and when to rely on other teammates, and how to overcome each other's deficiencies with each individual's strengths. And to always stay humble, keep your ears close to the ground.

2. What are you proud of?
Being able to provide an open platform for fellow Sabahans to finally speak up on long-standing issues and knowing that there is so much potential waiting to be unlocked. (Also Hiew's MAD graphic design skilllzzzzzz)

3. What are your 3 main takeaways?
1. Value of networking not just for the sake of maneuvering but the companionship that comes with it.
2. When you invest in others would, it yield surprising growth for both parties.
3. You cannot do everything by yourself.

4.

Reflection:
1. I learnt the importance of working with stakeholders while making sure that our objectives properly align with our campaign goals. I also learnt how to become more responsible as a person while cultivating discipline.
2. I am proud that we were able to make some very important impacts not just among the stateless communities but also empowering other people (especially youths) to be changemakers by their own right
3. The first takeaway would be the importance of cultivating a good relationship with your teammates so that each of our goals and aspirations for the campaign can be achieved. Secondly, advocacy is not easy but it takes a team who believes in the cause as much as you are that makes everything enjoyable and achievable. Thirdly, I’ve learnt the importance of stakeholder analysis
4. I would work together with more

Reflection:
1. Learnt to set more realistic goals, and to communicate more regularly and to check-in with one another and to communicate with our stakeholders when progress was slow or we faced obstacles.
2. Learnt importance of maintaining shared resources (Google Sheets, primarily) that makes it easier for us to share and collaborate on the project. We also established a way of working which allows the team to stay updated on the progress of different parts of the project.
3. Learnt the importance of upskilling ourselves as well, to be more equipped to do the work. Some of our members did additional reading, while as a group we attended a number of sessions with therapists and other NGOs that provide support services to learn from them. We also had occasional temperature checks with one another as a peer support mechanism.
