I have previously made a video on this piece of tech, (x) but just to recap, we used Google Chrome to access a range of websites such as the blog, youtube, social media outlets, such as instagram, twitter, flickr, and facebook so the audience would be able to keep up with Lane Void like any faithful dedicated teen girl 16-25 fans. 

We also created a WIX website during the early stages of promoting LaneVoid , and currently it has the song autoplaying, and video when you open up the page to promote the fake band, LANE VOID. 

The internet was extremely useful for finding indie songs, and researching into the indie rock genre to find conventions, and maybe develop them by bringing in other genre conventions. 

We also used the web to contact our locations and members of the band.

We done this through whatsapp web in which the mobile app, "Whatsapp", is avaliable through the desktop by scanning a QR code. ]]> 2017-02-01 11:42:18 UTC https://padlet.com/ab52894/23adpo04cg1e/wish/150794694 ab52894 https://padlet.com/ab52894/23adpo04cg1e/wish/150796400 On shoot, we would take live photos of the band, with the DSLR,  and make time for a photoshoot as we knew everyone would be extremely busy after we had finally finished filming. We also had to use the memory cards from my DSLR as the JVC Camera Memory Cards kept corrupting.

The JVC Cameras are state of the art technology along with auto zoom, and man recording buttons as well as easy to use to record the band. They are easy to mount to film in a certain way (static or moving).

The memory cards stored everything we had filmed, and luckily my DSLR takes memory cards otherwise we would have been in a pickle when the cards continued to corrupt on set.

We attached the GoPro to the instruments (drums, electric and bass guitar) with sellotape. We got this idea from the rock and metal genre with bands such as TheUsed, A Day To Remember, and Megadeath doing the same in some of their videos. Seeing as Marina are more into this genre, we decided to take this particular element  and develop the Indie Rock genre. 

The flipcam we used at the end of our journey for audience feedback after and during the cinema visit. It's particularly useful when doing something in premier pro, or photoshop, or even editing a photo so the examiner can see the exact steps you took, and if you have developed your skills within the course.
