Students will start the class by watching a video about the classic "American Breakfast" or breakfasts in other countries on YouTube. Then they will say what people normally have for breakfast, and the wholes class will make a list of food and drinks people eat and don't eat for breakfast by playing a Yes/No question game. The teacher will ask "Do people eat _____ for breakfast?"

Then they will watch the video "You are what you eat" from educaplay and share their opinion about it and the title of the video.

Students will pay a look at the #Breakfast on social media with their phones and share the ones they like and describe the elements in it. Also, if posible, state where that breakfast is from.

After that, they will have to classify the elements in it and say which ones are healthy and unhealthy for a diet. Once done that, they will analyze if it is posible for Correntinians to replicate those dishes.

As a final product, students will make a short video sharing the food people can consume in Corrientes that can help them live a healthy life without spending tons of money or trying to get products from other parts of the country or the world. They will raise awareness that people can live a healthy life without being extravagant. The video could be also a "5 tips of how to be healthy in Corrientes". Finally, they could share it on an especial account created for that motive.

I've chosen this video because I find very interesting and important for people to think about their healthy habits and that we do not need to live in Europe or the US to have access to healthy food and drinks.

I think that the students might have problems to express themselves coherently mainly because of vocabulary. However, we as teachers are the ones who help them with that. Also, they could make use of the IA to help them, too. As long as they use it appropriately.

I strongly believe that giving them a challenge is one of the best ways to keep the students engaged and motivated. Showing what they know and using different abilities that they might not use in other subjects. It's a great way to learn and have fun.
