definitely, I think it's important to teach young kids to handwrite. I think handwriting exercises really do wonders for their cognitive development. for example, my brother who has really beautiful handwriting is a brilliant kid.

4. what impression does a people's handwriting have on other people?
I think in Vietnam handwriting can speak volumes about somebody's personality. if you have neat handwriting, people tend to think that you are a good-hearted person. on the other hand, if your writing is unintelligible, they may think badly of you. it's quite an antiquated way of thinking, I guess

5. do you prefer to write by hand or write using the computer?
( Which do you prefer, handwriting or typing? )

it depends. I often use the computer for work because it's very convenient, but for practice for the IELTS test or to show some respect, I will write by hand, for example, wedding or birthday card

Well to be honest with you, my preference just varies in different circumstances. If I’m pressed for time, typing is obviously much more convenient. On the other hand, I tend to choose handwriting if I just write something at home coz looking at the paper is better than staring at the screen for a long time, you know, when it comes to protecting eyes.

6. when do children begin to write in your country?
Vietnamese kids start learning to write at the age of around 5 to 6 which is considered quite early by some European experts. but Vietnamese kids know how to do it well actually

7. What are the differences between handwriting and typing
Handwriting forces your brain to mentally engage with the information, improving both literacy and reading comprehension. On the other hand, typing encourages verbatim notes without giving much thought to the information.

8. what do you like to write? why?
I have been writing a diary since high school. The bindings of the notebooks are already fragile, but I like to read my juvenile notes from time to time. I am quite nostalgic and the diary is a blast from the past for me.

9. do you think the things you write would change?
Yeah, everything’s changing and the things I wanna write are not exceptions. Well actually, I used to write articles after school, dreaming of being a blogger in the future, but what I actually write about now has nothing to do with it at all. Perhaps I’m gonna regain the passion for writing blogs someday, or become curious about something new. Who knows?

2. Have you ever studied geography at school?
Absolutely! I mean geography is one of the compulsory parts of the curriculum in my country. And as a person who is so curious about the Earth, I’d say I was having a whale of a time learning things in my geography classes.

3. are you good at reading a map?
I don't want to brag but I do think it’s one of my fortes, you know. People around me say I have a good sense of direction, so reading maps is like a walk in the park for me. I don’t understand why some could downplay the role of map reading while this is a vital life skill that could come in handy when you get lost, you know.

4. would you visit a country because of its geographical location?
Totally yes. You know, where the place is something I always take into consideration when I am about to travel. If the country of interest is close to existing air traffic routes from large population centers, I would be more likely to go there.

3. what part of your day do you like best?
I used to be a night owl so I tended to prefer the night. However, I’ve converted myself into an early riser and morning has become my favorite time of the day. I find that waking up early and having healthy daily habits like having breakfast, working out, and alleviating stress each day. Moreover, the earlier I get up, the more time I have to do a lot of things.

2. do you like doing word puzzles or number puzzles, which has more difficult for you?
Either of them would be enthralling for me. That said, since I’m not really good at math, I guess Word puzzles would be easier for me to deal with. When I was a child, I used to find the key to various perplexing puzzles, which I took a lot of pride in.

3. when do you do puzzles during your trip or when you feel bored?
Well, these days life has been more and more hectic, I haven’t got enough time to allocate to my work and studies, let alone puzzles. Having said that, whenever I am going on a trip with friends, I would opt to do some picture puzzles just to chill out and unwind in my spare time.

4. do you think it is good for old people to do puzzles?
Without a doubt, while puzzles benefit people of all ages, the benefits are especially pronounced for seniors. puzzles could be a boon to the memorization and agility of the elderly. When they do Numerous complicated puzzles, their brains will be potentially more active and agile. Puzzles improve brains, help old people relax, and are a good opportunity for social interaction.
