https://padlet.com/siobahnhotaling/About A resident of New York City, Siobahn Hotaling earned a bachelor of arts in creative writing and poetry from Skidmore College and, in May 2020, a master of arts in psychology from Harvard University. While obtaining her master’s, Siobahn Hotaling achieved a spot on the Dean’s list and had her final capstone project, the Implicit Bias Transformation Program (IBTP), featured at graduation. Ms. Hotaling’s program is designed to assist individuals with transforming their biases, and is available to organizations who wish to pilot and implement it. Ms. Hotaling serves with the Arizona-based Adaption Institute as a project consultant, where she is a research consultant specializing in the science of change, growth, and future skills, as well as assisting in the development of skill assessment tools. As a part of her responsibilities with the company, she recently participated in the delivery of a large-scale organizational assessment tool to an international client. Ms. Hotaling also concurrently serves as a senior user experience designer with Global Payments. In this role, she manages revenue-generating lead forms and landing pages and oversees the delivery of best practices for all things related to UI/UX. Siobahn Hotaling remains involved with the Harvard Extension School Alumni Association and the Harvard Club of NYC.
