1. The "Dance of the Lemons" is when you have a bad teacher but you can't fire them or replace them with a good teacher. But they get send to different districts.

2.Teachers in New York who have been "removed from the classroom" are send to the rubber room because they're just bad teachers. It would be because they had broken a law and will face charges or the fact that they didn't teach right. They will be send to the "Rubber room" because they also didn't care about the student's future.

3.A proposed solution to the multiple issues would be to make sure who the teachers really are or else look at the teacher's past jobs before giving them the job. Or also they can create Charter schools because in the documentary it says that charter schools are pretty good. Charter schools that should have very responsible and qualified teachers and/or principal to guide the students through their success throughout their school years.
In the documentary, it showed that the solution was to fire all the "irresponsible" principles and shut down schools that weren't meeting the education or school expectations. Schools should all work together to get a plan so they can be equal in both money and the way teachers teach the students. Charter school can give the students more opportunities for them to learn and become smarter. If they go to a Charter school they can learn better and be someone in the future. They can study what they want to become someone important in life.

1. The lemon dance is when bad teachers are passed on from school to school hoping that by the time they come back they will be good enough to eventually make "lemonade." I guess you can basically call this like a sort of practice you're sending a horrible teacher to other schools while you hope that they get better by the time they come back to your school.
2. Teachers attend what they call, "the rubber room," which is a room where they sit for seven hours and read newspapers and play cards. They're suppose to be there to hear hearings that will eventually benefit them to become better teachers. Although, the reality is that are they really there for that? NOPE
3. I guess that one of the possible solutions are to take them to better schools.(charter) Although, they say that they're not the best. For Francisco his mother does not care if she has to wake up at five in the morning in order to take him to right school where her child can actually learn.
