Second: Oral Arguments

• Each side has 30 minutes to present their respective sides 

Third: Deciding the Case

• Preliminary Voting to keep or remove lower court voting
• Unanimous ruling if all judges argee
  • Concurrent Opinion: judge agrees with decision but has different reasoning
  • Dissenting Opinion: judge disagrees with decision 
  • Majority Opinion: Mostly everyone agrees 
• Fourth: Enforcing Decisions
  • Decisions of Supreme Court become law
