Also is understanding how things happen and why do people act specific ways due to the experiences in someones life. i see psychology as a tool to help us and understand hat is not the end of the world when we are going through issues. It teaches us ways to fix it and have control over a situation. I myself have seen a psychologist before, I was going through a tough moment in my life. My psychologist helped me understand and view the problem in a different way. I learned that there is a solution for most of our problems that occur mentally. The animal field requires a lot of physical work and my body was not taking it anymore. I needed a change, that's when i decided to go back to school. I started at LBCC , I'm majoring in Human Services and Psychology. Thankfully I will soon be transferring to Cal state Long Beach for the Social Work program. My goal is to become a social worker and work with women. I have always been interested in this area due to my personal experiences. It definitely has been challenged attending school with a two year old, there is time that I do feel overwhelmed but they are also my motivation. I knew i was not going to return to the animal field and I needed a career something to better my daughters life.
