I loved having Ambro as a teacher! She is always willing to help whenever someone needs it and always does everything she can to make us happy. She is always so kind and she does so much for her students. I really hope I can have her as a teacher next year!

Being in Culinary I 2022-2023 was an amazing experience. I'm from Brazil and Ms Ambro welcomed me and all the other exchange students. We had the opportunity to try foods from all the countries that we are from and all the experiences that my kitchen color had together were awesome. 10/10

I really loved being in Ambro's presence, she is always willing to help and has an amazing attitude. I've had her for quite a few classes and I especially love Culinary with her. I also loved including our exchange student in our group, she always made everything interesting and teaching her how to make new/different foods was so fun. Overall, I've had Ambro as a teacher since the beginning of 10th grade, I am so excited to have many classes with her again as a senior.

I think that this class was wonderful. It was such a great experience with team work & making new friends just making different foods. Seeing peoples creativity, using our own creativity, it makes everything so much more fun to experience than just sitting down in the class room and writing on paper. It was a good hands on experience.

I loved the kitchen that I worked with! Being able to work with my best friends was so fun. I made even more friends in this class, too! Ambro is such a kind and fun teacher, as well. She's so kind and the way she runs her class is just so fun and I will definitely be taking Culinary 2 next year! X)

My favorite thing about culinary is how when we make anything theres always a bunch of topping options.
Like when we made smoothies we had lots of options we could have used to top our drinks. We get to customize our foods to our liking.

My favorite thing about taking culinary was the new opportunities and recipes that were brought to me through the class. Making recipes from our countries or something I haven't ever made before made the class fun and exciting to show up to class everyday. The environment and peers you were surrounded with offered a fun time and made it enjoyable to show up to class everyday. Ambro is an amazing teacher and I absolutely adore her.

My favorite lab was the cookie lab, I feel like I've learned more recipes that I might take with me and do on my own.

My Favorite thing about culinary was doing the Pie Lab. I made an Apple Pie. The reason I loved this lab was because it tasted amazing, but also gave us a change to be creative in the top layer.

I loved the cream cheese wontons lab!! Especially since I had to leave early during culinary that day and we got straight to work just so I could have some to take with me. But they also tasted really good <3

I really like culinary. I liked cooking with my classmates and learning new recipes. Culinary is a class that you look forward to, it takes you away from all the work in your other classes. Overall I would recommend culinary to any student who is thinking about taking it.

My favorite lab we did in culinary was the cookies. I love how every group got to pick their recipe to make and share with the other groups. I also love how this class is way more active and communicates with other students than my other classes. It's sad how culinary isn't for the whole year but I can't wait to be in culinary 2 next year!

I loved this class! It was one of my favorite classes I took. I had the opportunity to share my culture with so many people. Miss Ambro was always nice to everybody and she is one of the best teachers. If you like to cook, I would highly recommend taking this class.

I'm glad I got to take this class it was super fun. All the labs we had done were planned out very nicely thanks to Ms. Ambrosius. She is a great teacher and loves all her students a lot. she works very hard and takes time ordering all the groceries for us! Culinary one has been a great class and I recommend it to everybody. I liked how we got to choose our cooking group and I enjoyed cooking with them. I really enjoyed trying new foods and I especially enjoyed our foreign exchange student labs. they were always fun and new. I'm really grateful I got to take this class and I will definitely be taking culinary two sometime down the road during high school.
