I used a PD day and a staff meeting to introduce AI tools. Some of my teachers presented during the PD session and everyone was very engaged. Did not have any fears to overcome-Everyone was excited for the way it was making their life easier and the engagement they knew they would get from their students.

Having a more specific problem of practice. My first attempt was very broad and difficult to measure.

We are working on our board policy regarding AI currently.

Progress: I have been able to share some AI tools with educators in the county and have had discussions with them on what appropriate use might look like within their district. They have discussed the guidelines and work that may have already been done around AI use in their districts.
